"Palestinians" are Arabs from Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan true or false?

Update:

No such thing as "Palestinian people". Just Arabs living in Israel.

Update 2:

Why do you liberal hamas sympathizers say false?

The word Palestinians came into use in the 1970's, before that they called themselves Arabs.

Since 2000, the Arabs who are citizens of Israel, also started calling themselves Palestinians - yet demand even more civil rights while rejecting the country that pays them benefits (they already enjoy full rights and diminished duties).

Some of those that call themselves Palestinians today, were living in Palestine before the Jews came, many came there to work in the Jewish industry and agriculture, as there was a dire scarcity of jobs in the Middle East in the first half of the 20th century.
