Alaska would help; but, we would have to pay China to take Texas.

Texas and Alaska would be very valuable to China and my guess is that it would be more than enough to pay off the debt to china. I would want to leave America though if they did something that stupid.

No. then what would we have left to pay off the Japanese with? We owe them only a little bit less than we do China. Now, who will you sell what to to pay of the 80% of the national debt that is owed to American sources?

Throw in Samoa and immunity from US laws when visiting the US ("extraterritoriality" -- it used to be common).

Don't sell Alaska. They would kill all the wildlife and destroy the national parks. Texas should be given back to Mexico in return for Mexico building a militarized wall to keep out the illegals and drug smugglers.

I think you're confusing the Chinese with the Palins.

Are You Kidding ??! The Chinese aren't Stupid. They wouldn't settle for Anything LESS- than the states of New York, California AND Hawaii ( the Interest on the Debt )- as Repayment !! :o

Texans own Texas, not the federal government.

You can't sell something you don't own
