Because that would mean the CEO's of the corporate America would make a ton of money and be super greedy with it so we would see an even more uneven distribution of wealth. Corporatizing America is to capitalism as Communism is to socialism. Communism is an extreme socialist country. And Corporatizing America would be a similar extreme for capitalism.

Because they pollution their environment, manipulate politics, and will pay people as little as they can get away with. They're amoral, all the matters to them is money.
