How to get a refund from a company if they don't answer my emails or my calls?

I've ordered batteries and a charger from a well known company back in January 2015 with PayPal. The thing is, I've never received the items since that time. On the order bill that I can see on their website it says that it's in process. I've contacted them several times by email, skype and phone with no avail. I want a refund now, but I don't know how to get it if they won't answer me. Any ideas?

    turn it in to the Better Business Bureau and if they are a member the BBB will send them your letter of complaint and they'll be required to respond to you.

    • Thanks! It worked! I finally got a reply from the company. They gave me a ******** excuse tho and want to send the item. I'll refuse and still ask for a refund. Thanks again!
