Why do a vast majority of parents pressure their kids to give them grandkids?

98-99% of parents are like this and pressure their kids to have grandkids when they know that their kids: A) Want kids but aren't ready to have them (e.g., financial reasons, lack of emotional maturity/patience), B) Want kids but don't want to have their own and adopt kids instead, or C) don't want kids at all.

Update 2:

I believe in this cycle Birth>> School>>Job>> Kids (ONLY if you want them)>> Common-Law Relationship/Marriage

I agree with you and I find it creepy when parents pressure their kids into giving them grandchildren. I think we build up being a grandparent so much as this ultimate experience that people feel like they can't be complete without it.
