What s the difference between environmental engineering and water resource engineering?

Water resources engineering is more specialized. Environmental engineering would include air pollution, solid waste technology, perhaps history of environmental policy. Nevertheless, environmental engineering would include a strong component of water resources engineering -- but fewer hours in that specialty than the WR degree.
