Could you open a bank account, debit, or anything similar at 15?

I really want to buy something online and I can't because I don't have neither a bank account, debit or anything similar

My friend had a Wells Fargo teen checking account and there are banks that offer student checking accounts but you must open it with a parent coowner since you are under 18.

It rather helps if you say what country you are in!

Here in the UK, you most certainly can, though as you are under 16, a parent will have to go to the bank with you to open an account.

    Ask ur parents why

You can't open one yourself. Your parent(s) have to do it for you.
