When do I pay for Turkish national service opt out?
Ok so im 14 years old, I cant speak turkish my mum said she's gonna pay. How much is it and when do I have to pay, I just want this to be over with.

I thought you needed a proficiency in Turkish to serve anyway, is that not a reason for you not to qualify for service?
