"will net the top 1 percent an average of $1.25M per household"...what an idiotic statement. It won't "net" them anything, it still costs them money...it's their money to begin with, they earned it.
I suspect Trump will do some restructuring to cuts labor costs in the Executive Branch. That's what responsible executives do. I wouldn't be surprised if he put his VP in charge of Economic Policy, that alone would save over a million bucks. It appears he offered Domestic Policy for Kasich, which is Kasich's strong suit.
