HELP!! How to graph this?

Hi i was wondering how you would graph large square root functions with ease?? The example i have that im struggling with is:

Sq root of 9-13x = 15

    SR ( 9 - 13 x^2 ) = 15 .... The graph is in the shape of a parabola that opens along the x - axis ( horizontal ).It opens to the left ( leading coefficient - 13, is negative )
