Is it true that the F-22 Raptor tooling was destroyed?


Presumably so that it could never being exported, even if some outlier got elected President and decided that the R.O.K., Israel or Canada should be able to purchase them.

    No. It was sent to a military storage site near Susanville, CA. Herlong I believe.

    nope, but the assembly line and speciality production were all shifted over to something else

    so figure some of the tooling could be reused, some will have deteriorated enough to be unusable
