Broke my hand and need upperbody gym ideas.?
Hi all well I broke my hand on saturday night after smashing my hand into a wall like the idiot i am snd broke my 4th, 5th metacarpal and a finger and now have a cast up to my elbow for next 2 weeks. Doctor says i m looking at 2 months until its healed but I don t want to stop going the gym and I am looking for ideas on how to do my arms, chest and back now that I cant use free weights.
I have seen some people mention buying straps or hook straps but could do with some solid info from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
As mentioned i know i was an idiot but any advice will be greatly appreciated.

why are you trying to build a gym on your head
