Totally. I've cleaned many public washrooms, and for some strange reason the mens rooms everywhere seem to be much grosser than the women's. I feel for you having to share with them!
I think maybe some men (in your workplace definitely) unfortunately just need to be told to clean up after themselves. I know it's super embarrassing, but if they're going to behave like messy little boys, then I wouldn't even blink an eye about leaving a maternal note of common sense lol.
I'd do it respectfully but directly in a printed out note in the washroom, like
"Please take care of our shared washroom and (explain whatever's the problem, like "wipe the seat & floor and flush after use. Please keep sinks tidy.") whatever needs attention.
Yes, this will probably be embarrassing, but honestly they're grown men and shouldn't need this lesson in the first place.
Also, it may not be all of the men doing this, so you might even have others secretly thank you for saying something.
