Why did ATT is laying off 2000 employees in the new year after Trumps tax cut?

Why? Because instead of reading mediate's leftwing propaganda YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE SOURCE ARTICLE,
You stupid, liberal (redundant, I know) dumbshit.
"Many of the affected employees have a job offer guarantee that ensures they’ll be offered another job with the company, and we’ll work to find other jobs for as many of them as possible."

Because your economy is rubbish

They must have not gotten the memo from the GOP telling them that tax cuts will magically cause them to hire a bunch of additional employees even though there's no extra work for them to do. Now, if they had given all the tax cuts to poor and middle class people, then THOSE groups would go out and spend all of the money, priming the economy, and yes, causing companies like AT&T to hire employees instead of laying them off like they did after trump's misdirected tax cuts.
