    The first thing Astronauts do when they get to the space station is 'plug in' They use a hose about the size and width of a vacuum cleaner hose inserted into their read end while they're in space, sometimes for months at time.You can see it in the pictures and video.

    The other end of the hose vents directly out to outer space, so there's no need for AirWick or Glade anywhere on the spacecraft.

    The gas stays right there. It doesn't go anywhere.

    There's no inbuilt fart filter - the astronaut may be wearing a nappy, but if its a veggie bean burrito with hot sauce, that thing is going to circulate

    Not much. This is actually encouraged before/during an EVA.
