Which meat is not healthy at all?

I was told that pork and duck meat are not healthy. I was trying to eat deer meat but I was wondering if that’s in a bad topic as pork

Neither of them are bad. Don't know who told you that. It is not true.

The meat of dinosaurs is very high in fat, so stay away from that. Also, the meat of cabbages are bad, as they are almost pure sugar.

All animal meats and fats are healthy. Yes saturated fats are healthy, dietary cholesterol is healthy and doens't cause it in your body. Together they help you feel full and to burn fat. Fat and meat doesn't make you fat, carbs do from all grains including whole ones, ALL sugar even natural unrefined, too much fruit, other starches, etc. Ignore uneducated vegan cult members who spam this site with debunked pseudo science from quacks.

Red meat isn't healthy, even though its higher in saturated fat red meat doesn't digest as well as white meat leaving red meat still lingering in the system and as you age this builds up in the arteries of fat deposits so red meat is best in moderation once a week, white meat is healthy Turkey, Chicken. (Pork) is a form of red meat just lighter in color, and the best protein and lean foods would be fishes such as salmon being the highest omega 3 and protein contented fish

I loved the taste of meat, when it was cooked with salt, and plant based seasonings.

Also the Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and Heterocyclic Amines, known mutagens tasted good, i loved that smokey flavour.

However i can not sit here and lie to you. No meat is "healthy".

The real questions is, are you willing to sacrifice optimal health for taste pleasure?

Meat does nothing but provide chemical energy, macros, and a few micros. From the moment those products pass your lips they do nothing good for you physiologically.

Meat products introduce various health risks, and cause disease via many different pathways.

    Cholesterol

    Saturated Fat

    Trans Fat

    Insulin-like growth factor 1

    Hormones

    Heme Iron

    Microbial load

    TMAO

    Bad gut bacteria/flora

    Immune response

    Heavy Metals

    Toxins like, DDT, Glycophosphate

    HCA's

    PAH's

I have been doing this for a couple monhs, my account is 11 years old, so please stop lying. you realize we could have a friendly discussion but you are hell bent on running away from an intellectual conversation.

I also used to think meat was healthy, you think i dont like the taste of curried goat, or chicken? the sound science shows saturated fats and cholesterol are bad, please shoot me a message so we can talk about it.

Today's pork is much leaner than what it used to be. Many cuts are quite lean and are fine. Duck is very high in fat, which is why it's not recommended. Deer, elk, buffalo, etc is very lean.

Venison (deer meat) is very healthy, I hunt so I always have a lot of it in the freezer. My friend's father ate a lot of venison, and he lived to be 97. I have a lot of hunters and foresters in my family, in fact my great-great grandfather was Hegemeister, and all of them have lived to be well into their late 80s.

Duck meat is also very healthy, much better than chicken. However I recommend that you try Goose meat, it tastes like a mixture of duck, chicken, and beef; but it has the density of steak. Overall, the best meat you can eat is venison, it is much healthier that beef or pork, and tastes better. If you really like it, then I recommend you look into hunting. I have hunted my entire life, I can show you a few tips and show you how to get into it. If you are interested then leave a comment to this answer and I'll help you out, regards.

Venison can have Chronic Wasting Disease. Unless you're the one who shot it, you shouldn't trust it.
