It's when you give 2 statements, both of which independently are typically true, but then you draw a fallacious conclusion.

Ford makes small cars.
Small cars are cheap.
Ford cars are cheap.

OR

Blondes are beautiful.
Beautiful people are everywhere.
So blondes are everywhere.

Is this circular reasoning? Or some other fallacy? TIA.
