When Putin told Trump to get out of Syria, did Trump tell his that he still hasn't finished his thirty day plan to defeat ISIS?

I dont know about that part. But...He follows his orders to the letter. That's why he is taking our troops out of there leaving them vulnerable to Syria and the Russians who are currently denying firing on our troops. This is getting out of hand and coming to America. The Turks and Russia are waiting for this big move. And Trump is smack dead in the middle of everything Putin wants. Why are we allowing this to continue? The Kurds will be without our help.

Possibly Mr Trump wants to withdraw because U.S. is there illegally and there may be repercussions at the U.N. or possibly it is because a few Americans got killed this week there. Maybe the Russians did it !!! In revenge for the U.S. killing 5 Russian workers. U.S. military is trigger happy ( remember Fallujah?) especially from a high altitude where they are removed emotionally from their murderous actions (the wedding party in Iraq).

Gee. I must have missed all of the news about how well ISIS is doing since Trump took office. You, know, things like expanding their takeover of more land etc.

Donald Trump says US will withdraw from Syria 'very soon' - despite promise not to telegraph military thinking. State Department says they are 'unaware' of such a move.

    see

US President Donald Trump’s unscripted remark this week about pulling out of Syria “very soon,” while at odds with his own policy, was not a one-off: For weeks, top advisers have been fretting about an overly hasty withdrawal as the president has increasingly told them privately he wants out, US officials said.

Only two months ago, Trump’s aides thought they’d persuaded him that the US needed to keep its presence in Syria open-ended — not only because the Islamic State group has yet to be entirely defeated, but also because the resulting power vacuum could be filled by other extremist groups or by Iran. Trump signed off on a major speech in January in which then Secretary of State Rex Tillerson laid out the new strategy and declared “it is vital for the United States to remain engaged in Syria.”

Probably, something to that effect. When the Russians attacked the Americans, 300 Russians lay dead..So much for Trump being Putin's puppet.

  • Defeating ISIS is being done by the UK. The USA are mere spectators on the issue.

No, right after Putin ordered US troops out of Syria Trump announced that he was pulling US troops out of Syria. Syria was Putin's proxy war.
