Should I start drinking coffee?

I just turned 16 and I’ve never been a coffee drinker, but I was wondering if I should start?...I’ve noticed that I don’t have a lot of energy, especially when I’m exercising! (it’s only after I excersise that I get my boost of energy) I also struggle to form sentences sometimes and feel pretty tired most days. I do really well in the sleep department so I’m wondering if coffee is the solution?

    You can if you want, not necessarily the solution to your problems, but has been linked to having other health benefits in recent studies like helping.... I think it was either the liver or kidneys to recover from damage.

    Just try not to overdo it, as too much caffeine causes a whole set of other problems.

    You may want to try a few different styles of coffee until you find one you get along with... like most people tend to make instant with hot water + add milk.... I'm not a big fan of that style, and tend to opt for using a mug full of wholemilk, microwave it (2mins), then add the instant coffee + the sugar (good option for coffee rookies trying to acquire a taste for it).

    But there's also other things to try alongside to boost energy.... like if you've been skipping breakfast, you might want to consider cornflakes (either plain or frosted / flavoured) for it's Vitamin B12 + Iron + all that stuff.

    You may also find throwing Mustard, Chilli Sauce, Honey + Ginger into your diet helps a bit.

    Whiskey is also said to have beneficial properties, but it's expensive + you ain't old enough to drink it yet.

    Coffee isn’t a solution to anything but runny stool and under eye baggage. Try black tea it has literally half the caffeine and works really well without being an overload (it’s also healthier and tastes better)
