What’s the difference between “I love you too” and “Love you too” during a relationship.?

My girlfriend and I are going through a slight rough patch. I texted her saying “Goodnight, I love you”. She responded with “Love you too”. Is there a difference between “love you too” and “I love you too”? This is my first real relationship so it could be very possible that there is no difference and I’m just being paranoid.

Texting makes people lazy. It means the same, it's just a form of texting shorthand

Idek for me I feel like I love you too is more caring and to the heart where as love you too is just saying it. Just my opinion though
