Can I eat one banana a day and still lose weight?

I eat one banana and half apple

I weigh 130 pounds. My height is 5'7 and male.

    You weigh 130 pounds and 5'7" and male you actually might rethink this. You probably nee to ADD weight.

    130 is underweight and not that healthy.

    Fruit has the sugar fructose and while it is processed differently by our bodies than refined sugars, it's still sugar. Sugar can raise glucose levels in our bodies and disrupt weight loss.... better off eating colorful vegetables.

    PS a few berries once in a while are ok... they are lower on the fructose scale.

    Oh yeah you'll lose weight for sure. I don't recommend it at all but you'll lose weight.

    if ju spiritual n follow this diet it is okay

    but for starvation purposes it is not

    ju human obviously not a monkey or descendant of one

    sure but i would eat nnore than that, if you dont eat your nnetabolisnn will slow down and that will nnake it so you cant lose weight
