Yes. Even if Mueller is fired, the FBI will continue its investigation, and so will the State of New York, whose prosecutors Mueller has been working with (since most of the crimes took place in New York), and they can file State charges that Trump can't pardon. Also, the House is now free to subpoena Trump's tax returns and interview witnesses without Republican interference. And the House can prevent any of Trump's bills from passing (since, by law, they must first pass in the House before going to the Senate), so bye-bye, border wall. And they can cut spending for anything they don't like!
