Do you think we are into another recession?

i'd say most people in this country, and all over the world, have "been into a recession," for decades. lots of them have never been in anything else
it's only the upper classes that have been having any real "boom times" for many years. and while there have been significant gains from technological advance, like in terms of efficiency thanks to the amazing cheapness of massive computing power, i'd say the main way they've created these "boom times" for themselves, is by, as the saying goes, "turning money into power, and power into money."
or in other words, by getting themselves into power, either in government directly, or by demanding "smaller government," (power devolved from government when this actually happens, does not devolve to the masses of common people, by the way, (news flash)... it devolves to the rich and their corporations), and then using their influence to increase their share of the benefits of this collective thing we like to call "the economy," at the expense of the economic classes below them.
this is what capitalism does as it degenerates into economic hegemony, monopoly, and so on. i'm not against capitalism, it works as well as anything anyone's come up with so far, but it ain't perfect, and it requires intervention. you don't just leave your "hands off it," any more than you leave a fire unattended, letting it burn up just wherever and whatever it wants to, because if you do, it will inevitably leave you homeless, cold, and very possibly dead as well.
it's not really as bad as all that though, at least not yet. the point where it gets seriously bad, isn't when the rich are preying on the poor, it's the point where they've finally squeezed every last drop of blood they can get out of the poor, and so inevitably have to resort, to eating each other.

Not yet but w/ history as a barometer the way the GOP works for the wealthy has been a precursor to economic decline.
The state of the economy doesn't change blame/credit overnight inauguration. What the president does/does not do may take a couple yrs. to come to fruition. This complicates the equation.
We're going the wrong way w/ trump if for no other reason his tax reform is shattering the deficit just like gwb did.

Someone tell Moon Bat that Unemployment is the highest it's been in 1 1/2 years. FOX won't report it.

The Democrats have not had a majority in Congress long enough to crash the economy . They'll need at least a few more months .
When they were seated in their majority in 07 it took them until Fall to create a disaster .
