Binomial distribution help?

I'm given a chart bellow and I'm asked to find:

What proportion of the values are less than 30?

And what is the exact probability that x will be less than 30?

How would I do this?

    Just read it directly out of the table

    P(x<30) is different P(x<= 30)

    P(x<30) means P(x<= 29)

    P(x< 30) = (P(x<= 29) (does not include )

    so just read for x = 29

    P(x<30) = 0.43897

    Note: If you are just supposed use the table

    These two things are the same thing

    What proportion of the values are less than 30?

    0.43897 or if you want a fraction 43897/100000

    And what is the exact probability that x will be less than 30?

    0.43897

    If you use excel function, you get 0.438965068.
