Cost effective nutrition advice. What to buy from grocery store?
I am trying to save as much money as I can without sacrificing my health. I am trying to fill my nutritional needs (vitamins minerals ) (i am not too concerned with calories/carbs and protein)
What fruits and vegetables should I typically buy weekly to cover a large amount of my vitamin/mineral needs (to minimize needs for supplements)
I am thinking spinach, carrots, apples, avocadoes, potatoes,
are mostly cost effective while having a large amount of vit/mins/
any advice on fruits/veggies i should throw in that are not too expensive but gives a large amount of the needed vit/mins?

mostly the question is. besides the "seasonal" thing. which fruits/veggies are packed full of nutrients compared to others. cause if 1 dollar difference per pound but has 3x more nutrients or has a larger variety of stuff.

Buy smaller ammounts of a wide variety rather than a lot of the same.
Different things are at their peak in different seasons. Try to buy things at their peak season.
