How much water weight can I lose in a week theoretically?
I am a guy who is 5'8.5 and weigh 122lbs.
I religiously count calories and for the sake of this question I decided to also count macros.
On an average day I'll consume about 1950 calories consisting of 250g of carbs and 2000mg of sodium, both which are the main roots of water retention.
I'm not actually going to try this:
if I were to cut out carbs and sodium for a week, how much water weight would I lose as a result while eating the same number of calories?

Probably a couple of pounds.
