Why are Baby Taylors and Little Matins so expensive compare to other 3/4 size acoustic guitars?

Because of the quality.
Traditionally 3/4 size guitars were for small children and were cheaply made from plywood. Some were virtually unplayable.
The guitars you mention are made to the same standards as other Taylor and Martin guitars.

They are of higher quality !

Because they're Taylors and Martins, the products of two quality manufacturers. You're always going to pay more for quality.
Have you actually played one of them? I find their sound thin and lacking in tonal quality. Also, are you going to keep asking questions about them or do you plan to eventually buy one?

They are usually better guitars, but my parlour sized 1976 Guild is even better.
