    θ is in Q4

    r = √80 = 4√5 (Pythagoras)

    sinθ = -8/[4√5] = [-2√5]/5 = (-2/5)√5

    cosθ = 4/[4√5] = [√5]/5

    secθ = 5/√5 = √5

    sinθ + secθ = (1-2/5)√5 = 0.6√5

    k = 0.6

    sinθ = -8 / √(4²+(-8)²) = -8 / (4√5) = (-2/5)√5

    and secθ = √(4²+(-8)²) / 4 = (4√5) / 4 = √5

    so sinθ + secθ = (-2/5)√5 + √5 = (-2/5 + 1)√5 = (3/5)√5

    k = 3/5 = 0.6
