Can flabby legs be toned ?

I’m skinny ...I’m like 110lbs and my legs are flabby . Why ? If I work out, I get skinny and skinny . However, my legs still have some jiggle to it .

What’s going on ? I eat healthy

    Thighs are going to be a little jiggly unless you are incredibly lean. Its likely not nearly as bad as you think. At 110 pounds you cant have much extra fat unless you are under 5 feet tall.

    Now to help "fix the problem" (in quotes because there is nothing wrong with your thighs) you can put on some muscle. Start lifting weights if you are not already. 5x5 programs are great for beginners.

    If you are 110 your legs aren't anywhere near flabby. You probably suffer from distorted self image, maybe you even got anorexia going on?
