should older black americans who suffered segregation in the 1950s be given enormous financial payments?

the us government paid survivors of the japanese internment camps, so I don't see why black americans who suffered segregated schooling during the 1950s who are still alive today shouldn't be compensated.

always remember that political correctness is a strength. be like canada.

Being segregated from certain things is not the same as being forced out of your homes and businesses and transported on short notice to internment camps that really weren't much different from prisoner of war camps. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manzanar

Heck no, but those older black Americans and their 'families' should be forced to pay for all the damage their offspring have caused since 1950.

  • Unlike the Japanese they weren't imprisoned and didn't lose property.

Yes, "reparations" will be one of the planks in the DNC's 2020 platform. Right along with other winners like open borders and abolishing the Electoral College.

It would be necessary to prove and monetize damages . . . . . compared to what: living in a mud hut, the joy of not having clothes, wearing bones in your nose, eating bugs and your friends?????? Sounds like they owe the US !
