Jehovah's witnesses: In Psalm 80:1, Who is he that leads Joseph like a flock? And, who is Joseph depicted here?

(Psalm 80:1) “80 O Shepherd of Israel, listen, You who are guiding Joseph just like a flock. You who sit enthroned above the cherubs, Shine forth.”
It is Jehovah, who is guiding Israel.
Today, Jehovah has given all authority to his Son, Jesus.
(Matthew 28:18) “18 Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth.”
(John 5:22) “22 For the Father judges no one at all, but he has entrusted all the judging to the Son,” . . . “26 For just as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted also to the Son to have life in himself. 27 And he has given him authority to do judging, . . .”
As Jehovah's appointed representative, Jesus is the fine shepherd who lovingly cares and directs Jehovah's people today.
(John 3:16) “16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.”
Jesus isn't Jehovah, but Jesus comes in Jehovah's name to do, not his own will, but the will of his God and Father.
(John 12:13) “. . .“Save, we pray you! Blessed is the one who comes in Jehovah’s name, the King of Israel!””

This is the God of Abraham and no one knows how to pronounce his real name and this was part of song that Israel used to sing and that its what this scripture means...
For the director of music. To the tune of “The Lilies of the Covenant.” Of Asaph. A psalm.
Hear us, Shepherd of Israel,
you who lead Joseph like a flock.

In the New World Translation that verse reads "O Shepherd of Israel, do give ear, you who are conducting Joseph just like a flock. O you who are sitting upon the cherubs, do beam forth."
The footnote references show that this is Jehovah God (Deu 33:2 Ps 50:2 Ex 25:20 etc).
The Joseph depicted here is representative of the nation of Israel (the flock.) A reference for that is Ps 77:20 and another is 1 Peter 2:25 which speaks of 'the little flock' in Jesus' day being healed 'by his stripes' and returning to the shepherd and overseer of their souls.
