I would DIY to look up the phone number for the local hydraulic cylinder repair shop, if it's more than a simple leak in a relatively small cylinder.

If it is gouged, buy a new one. It probably would not need repairing unless it is gouged. Changing out a cylinder is a lot easier than trying to repair one. You will need some special tools that you don't have, don't know they exist, don't know the names of, and don't know where to buy them. Take it to a shop and hire it repaired and installed.
