Any Job can Be Done with Hydraulic press from 1mm - 500mm Metals with Cold or Hot (conditions) press .Can be made with simple Domestic Vessel to Heavy Boiler Drum. Sound less operation ,Proper Dies & Fixture are required., Many more uses in Small Light & Heavy Industries.

One of the biggest uses is in forming compound curves in sheet metal. If you pick up a strip of metal and bend it, you have made a curve. If you first bend the metal in the short dimension you also have a curve. If you do that first and then try to bend the long dimension you will have a compound curve, which is quite difficult to achieve with a hammer. Bent in two different axes at the same time. I watched someone do a simple part once - decorative. They put a piece of bent wire - an "S" curve or so - put a piece of sheet on top and the result was the curve impressed into the metal. Soft edges, in this case.

Putting me pp. try it it feels amazing. Like it even warms up a little to a nice temperature.
I have no idea but I’ve seen videos of people putting sodas and random crap in it.

Any task that requires you to generate a lot of compressive force. A lot of manufacturing tasks involving metals use hydraulic presses.
Also check out the Hydraulic Press Channel on Youtube, a fun way to waste some time.
