I need to write an email to a currently elected representative in the Canadian Government to express an informed opinion on a civic issue?

So, the representative should have a website with an email address. Google his or her name. If it's common, include the province and specific district if you know it. Also include "House of Commons" or "Senate".
On the site for Commons below, just click on the name and you'll be taken to a page with an email address:

Just google their mailing address.
But a "civic" issues means a local, city-government issue. So write your representative at City Hall.

How do you expect me to respond. That's not a question.
The typical response to that would be...okay.
