They are BOTH unhealthy and I have nothing to do with either.
As a healthcare worker I have seen firsthand what these substances do to human bodies.

Both can literally destroy your life.
Many people are able to consume an appropriate amount of alcohol without it adversely affecting their health, career or relationships.
