Anyone can be saved if they repent of their sins and sinful nature.

This includes someone who is a reprobate.

A person can know many truths, and can better know the true meanings of Bible verses, by reciting the rosary each day with care.

Jesus Christ can save anyone unless he murders, sins against the Holy Ghost, or procrastinates his repentance until it is too late to do good works.

    1 Corinthians 6:11

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Of course. Note the phrase "And that is what some of you were" below.

1Cor 6: 9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Even the reprobates that murdered Jesus were forgiven when they repented and were baptized (Ac 8:35-38).

Is he willing to treat someone like a prodigal son or like he did there in Romans 1? It's always up to him.

    Romans 1

21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

That was their problem, and God took offense. They knew who God is, then they turned against him.
