Two resistors are in series and add to 10 Ohm. They are in parallel with the 5 Ohm resistor, so the equivalent resistance is

1/R = 1/10 + 1/5 = 3/10

R = 10/3 Ohm.

The terminal voltage is 4.6V, so from Ohm’s law:

I = V /R =4.6V / (10/3Ohm) = 1.38 A

Req = 5 // 10 = 50/15 = 10/3 of ohm

4,6*3/ 10 = 6/Rt

Rt = 60/13.8 ohm

I = V/Rt = 6*13.8/60 = 1.38 ohm
