If someone or something goes inside a human vagina, would it suffocate?
A shrunken person or maybe small animals like bugs, if they go inside the vag, will they be depleted of oxygen and suffocate?

It depends. Some vaginas are tight hence the opening would be closed and sealed not allowing air inside therefore you would suffocate if trapped in there. Others are open, and allow movement of air in and out. There you can survive to explore the cavity. Make no mistake however. There are crevices (folds) and other caves or portals in there that can be too narrow to allow sufficient passage of air so be very careful and gentle wherever you decide to explore.
Then again the vagina is muscular. Once it gets excited, it can crush you. The pulses of movement can be unpredictable but can also be rhythmic at the same time. The intensity can be manic and relaxing, joyous and threating simultaneously. Again, use good judgment where you decide to put your tiny hands on.
One last worry though. If you are as small as a bug, you're in trouble. The vagina has its own defense mechanism, enough to kill lesser beings with its own putriduous viscousness. I leave it up to you to imagine the consequences.

A shrunken person might not be able to take in oxygen molecules if they're small enough to fit inside a vagina.
