Is $629 a good deal for a laptop with the following specs?

Update:

HP 15z Notebook, 15.6" HD Display, AMD Quad-Core Ryzen 5 2500U Upto 3.6GHz, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD, DVD-RW, Card Reader, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Windows 10 Home I mostly use it for Photoshop, some audio production and basic web surfing.

Although an OK price, it should have a 1920x1080 display. That model is Resolution 1366 x 768.

An 8GB RAm stick is $30-$40

4GB less RAM, but full HD display

If mainly for photoshop, the lcd display is important.

Sounds about right for the price if it's new.
