Not really. Production may have their favorites but most the time they don't end up winning

The only times i feel it was rigged was when Evel D*ck won(he got a very favorable edit and got the whole America's Player)

and when Rachel won(though i think they wanted Jordan to win the 2nd time originally or Jeff) they pulled out the whole Pandora's box and the duo's twist)

in the DR they do like to sway their decisions a certain way but in the end it's their decision.

No it all depends on who the house votes. Production may have their favorites but they can't force it to much.
