    frequency shift is approximately equal to df= v/lambda when v is very much less than c.

    You have df= v/lambda=f v/c= 7.16x105

    6.91 x1 0^14 Hz *7.16*10^5/3*10^8=16.5*10^11=1.65*10^12 Hz
