How did Randy Savage get heart disease?
He was such a healthy looking man but then his hair and beard went grey so fast. Then he had a heart attack and died.

He might if already had heart issues but didn't know about it at the time.

That's because he had excess weight. Only skinny people live long and muscular people can't. That is a strong and awareness message to those guys who want to be very huge and bulky.

He was a professional wrestler who most likely abused his body and it caught up him, he died young which is a huge sign

As Anonymous points out Macho Man Randy Savage probably wrestled more than 6,000 Match for Professional Wrestling Promotions all across The United States. WWE wasn't his first Rodeo, nor were WCW, ECW or Impact Wrestling. When you wrestle that long, your body is bound to wear down. To maintain your body at the peak physical condition that he has for as long as he did, wouldn't surprise me if his heart was overworked, just like Eddie Guerrerros' was.

He did steroids in the 90's and probably coke in the 80's, neither of which are great for the ticker.

Savage was nearly sixty and wrestled for 32 years, do the math.
