I don't understand my weight gain?

Hey to whoever is reading this 😊 i hope you're having a great day.

I still eat healthy as always. I still work out, maybe even more lately than usual. But for some reason I've put on 8 pounds out of nowhere. And I'm super chubby around my waist now! It's really starting to affect my jeans and it worries me out, I'm only 22!
