Diplomatic immunity: Is Trump right in not handing over US diplomat Anne Sacoolas to a mob of angry foreigners? ?

International justice systems lack inspiration from our US Constitution and don’t guarantee the God given freedoms every American is entitled to

Turn it the other way round, a Brit drives on the wrong side of the road in the US killing someone and then high tails it out of the country without even answering any questions leaving a devastated family with no answers! You think that would be ok??? Because Trump would be threatening all kinds of sh!t and you know it!!!

But what’s another bridge burnt huh? Trump hasn’t got a compassionate bone in his f*****g body, he just lurches from one self made disaster to another leaving a trail of destruction in his wake, it’s the one thing he is REALLY good at!!!

She's not a diplomat and she should help the British police with their enquiries.

I don't equate the British justice system with an angry mob.

Is that what you call the UK legal system? A mob of angry foreigners?

    Brilliant.

"Diplomatic immunity" should be ONLY for the DIPLOMAT! Not for his wife and children. This woman, Anne Sacoolas, was in England as the WIFE of an American diplomat. She was driving her car on the wrong side of the road and crashed into a motorcycle driven by a 19-year-old young man, causing his death. Then she fled back to the USA to avoid prosecution. This woman had no official capacity in England, and was NOT a foreign diplomat. She was, in effect, a tourist! She should be returned to England to face whatever charges the British Government finds necessary to charge her with, the same as any other tourist to their country who commits a crime.

Socialized laws have a state down concept of law. Where authority may have flawed is presumed more heinous so a presumption of innocence does not apply.

In the states presumption may not allow continual corruption.

They may request rep be held from office until satisfied.  Two different legal systems.

If the situation were reversed............Trump's hair would be on fire by now..............demanding their return and calling the Queen all manner of names on Twitter.

If he did, diplomatic immunity would be turned on its head...
