why is it amazon has phoned me three times today saying you are taking £39 99 for Prime membership when i have not requested it?

    I doubt that it is Amazon is calling you, and is most likely a scammer that wants you to send them money. If you have an Amazon account you might have agreed to a trial Prime account when you took their free shipping option. Go to your Amazon account and cancel your Prime membership, then call Amazon about reversing the charge.

    I think you misunderstood. They are taking 39.99 for the Prime Minister. He needs the money to hire lawyers to keep him out of prison.
