Is what i ate today healthy?
- 2 pork chops
- 3 ounces pork liver
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- 3 ounces cooked mussels
- 6 ounces baked sockeye salmon and
- 2 sticks of cheddar cheese (so maybe like 2 ounces? idk, didnt weigh)
i plugged it into cronometer and it met or exceeded most nutrients but idk

You also need vegetables, hon. At least two for every meal.

No. A balanced diet also needs to include whole grains, vegetables and fruit.

While on the face it may seem healthy in what you ate today, you were short in several critical nutrients. While you may have gotten all of them, in many it's still short for the recommended daily amount. Yes a diet consisting of all meats/animal products can hit all of the essential nutrients. However that requires a very high level of knowledge. It's also a very dangerous type of diet, to try and undertake on a daily basis. I'm not talking about the cholesterol either, but the preformed vitamin A, which in to high of an amount becomes toxic. The toxicity of getting more preformed vitamin A than is needed, WILL build up, and will kill a person, and long before the cholesterol will.

If its over a day, yes, Though you do need some veggies with the proteins and maybe a serving of carbs ;- [rice, quinoa, cous cous] maybe.
