"ADOT" is an abbreviation for the Arizona Department of Transportation You are filling out an application or renewing a registration on their website online. It's asking you to fill in either your last name, or else the name and address of the company where you were last employed if the vehicle you're registering was owned by that company.

Don't worry. If you don't fill it out to their liking, their computer won't accept it, and will bounce it right back to you on your computer, with a notation as to what you did wrong. You can make corrections then, and resubmit it.

They want your last name sunshine.

They are asking for your last name if this vehicle is owned by you...... or a company name if it is owned by a company.

    Jeez.....They walk among us....

They want either your surname (“last name”, also sometimes known as “family name”) or if the vehicle belongs to a company then they want the company name.
