Should the electorate have a confirmatory vote. Should we stay or should we leave the EU.?

Update:

In the light for what we know now and the doubt that that exists in parliament should the question: Do we stay or do we leave.Be put to the electorate?

    The electorate had a vote at the last election. The Tories did not get the majority they needed to implement a withdrawal from the EU. No more referenda, I do not want to be ruled by the tyranny of the mob.

    You sound very much like the Democratic Party in the U.S. Lost the election? Just keep recounting the votes ad infinitum. The difference in your case is that the unhappy minority wants to keep holding ballot after ballot until they win.

    Yes. Boris's plan involves staying half-in the EU. That's much worse than Remaining as the UK has no input on the decision making and not what people thought they were voting for in 2016. This time the damage that will be done is better known. If, knowing all this, people still vote to leave then leave it has to be.

    Yes, of course, now that there is an actual deal instead of vague promises and aspirations the public should have a say, it would be democratic to do so...

    If Johnson attaches a confirmatory vote to his deal, we can sort it in a month. His deal passed, or, as the public want, Brexit abandoned.

    Leaving it to the politicians will drag it out further.
