Is it true that California just passed a law restricting freelance writers from submitting more than 30 stories a year.?

Nobody can make a living submitting 30 stories a year.

35 articles, but otherwise yes. Union corruption ahoy!

The same law also targets Uber and Lyft drivers. This piece explains the situation nicely:

California always is concerning themselves with trivial things like gays.

Maybe Hollywood has such auful stories now and too much SJW diversity, that they have to limit the junk that comes in, or reject it all if it's not feminist.

Kalifornia cannot override the First Amendment.  I would make exactly 31 stories and I would go tell the ғᴀɢɢᴏᴛs in Sacramento that they can go eat shît and ғuck themselves
