Let's take this at face value: Use the extension attachment hose if your machine has one. Still can't reach? Then stand on some steps. Huge ceiling to do like in a palace? Get some plasterers stilts or hire a contractor.

NB: Push vacuum cleaners on wheels can only work upside down in Trolland.

i wouldnt bother, noone bothers with the ceiling, im 4ft5 myself and could care less if my ceiling is dirty
